I would be curious to see how affective this campaign is, which is being promoted throughout Milwaukee. Unintended consequences can be quite surprising. I can't imagine a diaper poster doing much to dissuade teenagers from making a bad choice. I would be curious to see how affective this campaign is, which is being promoted throughout Milwaukee. Unintended consequences can be quite surprising.
