How do you "fill-in-the-blank"? It's a common phrase almost every American has heard or read in their lifetime.
"When you have your HEALTH, you have everything."
And if the government takes over how (and if) you get your healthcare, who will control whether you "have everything" or not?
Here's another problem with ObamaCare (I know, this is probably well-covered on this blog already but...):
$11 BILLION THAT IS OUTSIDE THE HYDE AMENDMENT WILL BE REQUIRED TO GO, FROM YOUR AND MY TAX DOLLARS, TO "COMMUNITY HEALTH CENTERS" INCLUDING PLANNED PARENTHOOD AND AS SUCH WILL BE REQUIRED TO PAY FOR ABORTIONS.
DO NOT BELIEVE PELOSI OR ANYONE **WHEN** THEY LIE AND TELL YOU OTHERWISE.
ACT TODAY ***AND*** TOMORROW. A VOTE IS SUPPOSED TO HAPPEN BY THIS SUNDAY.
ACCORDING TO THE LATEST QUINNIPIAC POLL: "Voters disapprove 52 - 42 percent of the way the President is handling health care" AND
"Voters mostly disapprove 48 - 40 percent of the proposed health care reform pending in Congress."
AND THERE IS NO "CONSCIENCE CLAUSE" IN THE BILL NOW IN CONGRESS EITHER ABOUT TO BE VOTED ON **OR** BACKHANDEDLY APPROVED WITHOUT A VOTE BY INVOKING THE "SLAUGHTER PROVISION" (WHERE CONGRESS VOTES ON A PACKAGE OF "FIXES" TO A BILL THAT HAS NOT BEEN PASSED YET, THUS IMPLYING IMPLICIT APPROVAL/PASSAGE OF SAID BILL!)
It is unconscionable that Obama, Pelosi and the Democrats first want us to approve a "healthcare reform bill" without reading or truly understanding what is in it, THEN they want to approve it WITHOUT EVEN AN UP OR DOWN VOTE ON IT.
If the Republicans did this with such a huge, important and divisive bill, the Democrats would have screamed bloody murder.
Yet it is OK when they do it???
NO, is the only answer.
I will go to jail before I pay any tax that will go to pay for an abortion. It is against my moral conscience AND against my faith. If any Muslim or Jewish American citizen stood up against this on the basis of their faith, there is no way in HELL they would be penalized.
What can you or I do? READ ON...
1) TODAY: CALL YOUR CONGRESSMAN/WOMAN AND SENATORS (even though the bill is out of the Senate now, they need to be held accountable if they supported it getting out of the Senate to the House) AND TELL THEM THEY WILL BE OUT OF JOBS IN NOVEMBER IF THEY VOTE(D) FOR OR OTHERWISE SUPPORT(ED) ANY BILL SIMILAR TO THE ONE OBAMA/PELOSI DEMOCRATS ARE TRYING TO RAM DOWN OUR THROATS NOW.
2) TODAY: SEND THOSE SAME CONGRESSMEN/WOMEN and SENATORS AN EMAIL TELLING THEM THE SAME.
3) CALL CONGRESSMAN STUPAK AT 1-202-225-4735 and TELL HIM THE SAME, especially the part about how that $11 BILLION will be required to pay for abortions and if he doesn't do his damnedest to stop it, he's OUT.
4) CALL CONGRESSMAN OVERSTAR at 1-202-225-6211 and TELL HIM THE SAME. Overstar is leaning towards supporting this ObamaCare travesty.
5) IF YOU DON'T WANT TO WEBSURF TO GET THE NUMBERS, THEN CALL THE CAPITOL SWITCHBOARD AT 1-800-965-4701 OR 1-800-828-0498 TOLL FREE and ask to speak to your Congressman's office and TELL THEM THE SAME.
6) THEN DO THIS ALL AGAIN TOMORROW!

LASTLY, if ObamaCare is such a great thing for all Americans, why do the Democrats and Obama have to resort to bribing Congressmen and Governors, and to withholding the actual bills to be read and understood until it's too late to do so, and trying to force a bill to passage and only then letting the American people understand what's in it after it's law (Pelosi said it, you can Youtube it if you don't believe it) and why isn't Congress itself lined up to get it first?
