Out of President Obama's 30+ czars, the science czar he chose continues to hold the record for most insane. Obama appointed John Holdren as top "science and technology advisor." Being Obama has promised to "restore science to its rightful place," it is very important to know what Mr. Holdren thinks about the beginning of human life.
The answer is found in John Holdren's book, Human Ecology: Problems and Solutions: "The fetus, given the opportunity to develop properly before birth, and given the essential early socializing experiences and sufficient nourishing food during the crucial early years after birth, will ultimately develop into a human being."
Many a requirement is there for us to be human:
1. Develop properly before birth. (No pre-me's.)
2. Early socialization. (Babies must be social butterflies.)
3. Sufficient nourishing food. (If you eat potato chips before you're 5, you can't be human.)
If these things are accomplished in the early years of life, you will develop into a human being... ultimately.
This is absurd. What if, later in life, you would appear to some people as "not properly socialized"? Would your neighbors report you to the government so they could take away your defined "humanity"? Then killing you would be totally legal since, of course, you aren't human!
So, now we know when the Director of the White House Office of Science and Technology Policy, John Holdren, thinks life begins. This becomes increasingly disturbing when you take into account the fact that on the campaign trail, Obama said the following about babies' human rights: "Whether you're looking at it from a theological perspective or a scientific perspective, answering that question with specificity is above my pay grade...."
