"Pro-life Pastor Walter Hoye was found guilty of violating "The Bubble Law," a city law that provides an 8-foot buffer zone between pro-life protesters and women entering the abortion clinics. He was sentenced to 30 days in jail and ordered to stay 100 yards away from the clinic where he was arrested for the next three years."
The Legal Defense Foundation says:
"The court is allowing Rev. Hoye to serve his time by an alternative method like community service. Rev. Hoye was also ordered to stay away from the clinic. However, Rev. Hoye refused this term of probation and would not agree to a stay-away order. Nonetheless, the judge is having the order drawn up and refused to accept Rev. Hoye's decision not to agree to the stay-away order."

Please contact Alameda County District Attorney Tom Orloff and ask that he open an investigation into this prosecution of Rev. Hoye including
1) possible prosecution of Jackie Barbic for perjury;
2) whether there was prosecutorial misconduct in charging Walter Hoye with using "force, threat of force, or physical obstruction" against escorts without any evidence that he had at any time done so; and
3) whether there was prosecutorial misconduct in continuing to prosecute Hoye for those crimes in the face of mounting evidence that they had no basis in fact.
