We've been writing about this for some time and it now appears that President Barack Obama will reverse the pro-life policies of prior administrations during his first days of office:
In the hours before Mr. Obama was to take the oath of office, anonymous reports confirmed that the new president intends to immediately open U.S. foreign aid funding to abortion proponents, and begin the process of opening funding to embryonic stem-cell research.
Before the week of his inauguration is over, Obama is expected to issue an executive order repealing the Mexico City Policy, a Reagan-era policy that restricts overseas funding to groups that offer or aggressively promote abortion. Sources have not indicated whether he plans to issue the order on Thursday, which would coincide with the 36th anniversary of legalized abortion in America through the Supreme Court's Roe v. Wade decision.

Fine. If it's alive prior to giving birth then take the fetus out and it grow on it's own.

"It" IS ALIVE. "It" is a baby. I was a liberal too one day. My pro-choice belief ended the moment I saw my first daughter at 6 weeks on the sonogram. Have you ever played the flashlight game with your baby while she was in your wife's womb? Has your wife ever told you that your child reacts to your voice when you come home from work at night? It's an amazing experience.

A woman should not be allowed to commit murder for selfish reasons. A baby is not her body, it's a baby, created by a man and woman. The father has just as much responsibility as the mother in raising that baby to adulthood once she's been conceived.
Our tax dollars should not be used to promote abortion at home or abroad. Unfortunately aborting babies is a pillar of the Democrat Party. 50 million and counting just in the United States alone. President Obama supports Infanticide and killing unborn babies for ANY reason and will certainly promote it worldwide and at home with increased funding to Planned Parenthood and the like.

This is the most ridiculous thing I hear from the whining left. Abortion takes the lives of 1.5 million developing babies every year, half of them are female. Don't these females have the same constitutional "right" to control their own bodies which pregnant women purportedly have? What is the constitutional basis for discriminating against the most defenseless females - and males - by robbing them of their right to life?
Women already enjoy "reproductive freedom" in the sense that they can control when they engage in sex and reproduce. However, this "right" does NOT extend to the right to harm another individual (her baby). No one enjoys total control of their body. In most states individuals are prohibited from selling their bodies for prostitution or from taking illegal drugs.
You claim to be "pro choice" but it is either pro-abortion or pro life. You cant have it both ways. Either you believe all human life is sacred and deserves legal protection or you don’t.
It is not about who is in control, its about protecting the defensless. What is "legal" is not always ethically or morally right.
A fetus (which means little child or young one)is a distinct human being apart from his or her mother. Do you really think it's fair to jam surgical scissors into a baby's skull, suck out the brains with a vacuum, dismember her and throw her away in the trash can? You should think about what you are advocating here.
I've never quite understood: when does life begin? Who can say when it's a person or not? In which trimester? It does seem difficult to distinguish the end of one stage and the beginning of the next, so why shouldn't abortion be legal up to the point of birth? Shouldn't the dilation & extraction method or "partial birth abortion" be allowed at any stage? And if a fetus can be aborted full term then why not post partem? Preterm babies are delivered and survive and grow all the time. So what's the difference between inside the womb or out? If you favor abortion because of a right to chose then why not extend that right after birth? If a mother decides she doesn't want the baby just after it's born, why shouldn't she be able to abort it then? Because again, there's really not much difference. And if that's the case, then what about the first few months when babies really aren't "all there" anyway? Without having developed any major mental or motor faculties yet, is a newborn REALLY any more of a person than the fetus still developing inside the womb? Thoughts?
Life begins at conception. There's no reasoned discourse with the opposition. They know they're killing babies, that's not the issue. Degrading the moral fabric of society is. When you do that, they're ripe for the scourge of socialism.

Test have shown that unborn children can feel the torture they experience when aborted. Now these murders try to sugar coat their wickness by stem cell research. It's OK to take one inocent life as long as you help someone in the process. The election of Obama paved the way to opening the flood gates of mass murder. America has already murder more lives thru abortion than Hitler did to the Jews in WW2. Obama is lost and will destroy all he can if we don't get him and his kind out of office. The majority of Americans are Pro-Life, but have yet to wake up to the tragedy of abortion. Example, the hispanic population, mainly Catholic (Pro-Life), voted for Obama overwhelming because of the main stream media. It really is sick that we have a leader of a great nation that is against life. To you pro abortion advocates, you can not argue the point that life begins at conception. It's against all common sense. The woman and baby are living. This act voted by the Supreme Court in 1973 is unconstitutional, the Declaration of Independence and the Bill of Rights gives us right to life.
