Despite the overwhelming rebuttal she received (more here and here), Nancy Pelosi stood firm on her blatantly false statements concerning the beginning of life.
What you have to understand is that the beginning of life really doesn't matter to Pelosi anyway. Even if she were to agree that life begins at conception, she covered her bases by asserting, "it shouldn't have an impact on the woman's right to choose." The the "right" to kill an unborn child is sacred to Pelosi's twisted brand of religion. The sanctity of human life is not.
Nancy Pelosi belongs to a disturbing and growing culture of death as a legitimate and becoming more and more legal means to deal with social issues. Abortion is not about choice, it's about population control to her and therefore controlling the social service industry. Euthanasia is not about ending pain and suffering but about not having to spend any more money on someone who is dying anyway.
Katie Couric was like a rabid dog with Sarah Palin in her interview especially on the subject of abortion. That was the most hostile interview I have ever seen. Katie Couric is VERY pro choice while Sarah Palin is VERY pro life and has been ACTIVE in that area for years. The media crucified Sarah Palin because she IS pro life and very Christian.
Since Obama's campaign and election, abortion sides have formed up and both sides are gearing up for some serious confrontation. There is a lot at stake with the pro choice leadership in office.

Open your eye's, try a little love with a living, breathing person who can respond to you, and express gratitude and the light of Christ's love in return.

With the name Bernard you are obviously a man. Are you familiar at all with an abortion procedure? It is literally taking a roto rooter into a woman and mangling an infant like a garbage disposal. Tearing an infant into pieces. Ripping arms, legs, body apart. Enough to make a DECENT person throw up with the horror.
It is NOT a benign, painless procedure. The infant is not put to sleep or numbed before it is literally ripped apart alive. You would be horrified if you actually saw the procedure and the infant parts. Or maybe you wouldn't be if you are so desensitized. Jesus would not approve of murder, let alone such a cruel death.
Many people who claim to be pro choice have no familiarity of the procedure at all.
I, and millions like me, are recovering from the grief of murdering our own children. When I went to the abortion clinic back in the late 60's, the "procedure" to remove the "tissue", as they called it, was never graphically explained to me. I didn't learn until years later when I had children, what the "procedure" entailed. I have confessed my sin repeatedly and begged God's forgiveness many times thru the years as I pray to my 2 little angels in heaven that I so brutally murdered. But a mother who murders her own children lives with the grief and horror of her sin for the rest of her life. Many of my friends who also murdered their children back in the 60's and 70's pray together for forgiveness.

The abortion clinic never returns the dead infant to the mother for some kind of burial or memorial service because it would be too shocking for the poor woman to see what she had actually done to her own child. To be given a handful of bloody and mangled infant body parts.
As I said bebore, no one can truly call themselves Christian and be pro choice and approve of this slaughter. Pro choice means being a tool of Satan and an instrument of murder.
