(I don't know URL means)
When an assailant murders a pregnant woman, her unborn child is considered a human being and the killer is charged with TWO homicides. However when a doctor kills the unborn child, the child becomes a "fetus" - just a mass of cells. Can you think of a better example of spurious, fallacious, convoluted logic?
