The National Institute of Child Health & Human Development will launch a new $2.7 billion study of youngsters. (Hattip: The Philadelphia Inquirer)
Four federal agencies, including the National Institutes of Health (NIH), the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), the Department of Education (ED), and the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA), will unite to conduct the National Children's Study, described below:
The National Children's Study will examine the effects of environmental influences on the health and development of more than 100,000 children across the United States, following them from before birth until age 21. The goal of the study is to improve the health and well-being of children.
Please note that the government agencies listed above refer to those whom will be studied as "children," ranging in age "from before birth until age 21."
Guess life does not begin at birth afterall! Somebody better tell abortion advocates.
