State by state, inch by inch, the Planned Parenthood Federation of America is losing credibility.
Anecdotal evidence in the stories of regretful post-abortive women, who gave up motherhood with Planned Parenthood's help, has long revealed the group's self-interested deceptiveness.
Increasingly, proven cases of underage women impregnated by older men whom PPFA staffers depregnated via abortions -- even as they advised the teens to lie about their ages on paperwork and/or keep their parents out of the equation -- are surfacing.
Currently, Planned Parenthood again created its own credibility gap in attempting to slip a new super-abortion clinic into the city of Aurora, Ill., under the name of Gemini Office Development and Gemini Health Systems (See my September 6 post.).
And, Planned Parenthood of Kansas and Mid-Missouri now battles, via a lawsuit, Missouri's director of Health and Human Services over the recently passed law that subjects abortion clinics to the same safety standards as other ambulatory surgery centers -- an odd stance coming from a group like PPFA that constantly expresses deep concern for women's "reproductive health."
The space between what PPFA, America's busiest abortion provider, claims and what it does continues to grow incrementally.
Even the ambivalent about abortion recognize this credibility gap.
