I suppose I shouldn't be shocked by the decisions made by the judicial establishment in matters related to the case of Terri Schiavo. Yet, it's hard to believe that the judges who sealed her fate continue to receive accoloades:

Dear Congressman Nadler,
I read your comments supporting the "Freedom of Choice Act" bill (S.1173, H.R. 1964) I also read your lengthy resume which among other notations makes claim to you being considered an unapologetic defender of those who might otherwise be forgotten by American Law or the economy." Really? If this is true why are you not defending the lives of the unborn? Were you not aware that close to 50-million unborn human beings, (tiny defenseless babies) have been systematically tortured and killed since Roe v. Wade?
Many of these defenseless babies have been killed though the aid and support of Planned Parenthood who have given you Congressman Nadler a 100% approval rating. Why would they do this are you supporting them in killing innocence? More importantly Mr. Congressman, as a practicing Jew shouldn't you be more concerned about your approval rating with Almighty God? When you die do you think you will be standing before Planned Parenthood for judgment. You list one of your many accomplishments as a former member of the United States Holocaust Memorial Council.
This is quite an honor. I too visited the Holocaust Memorial Museum in Washington D.C. on many occasions. When I go there I cannot help but feel the presence of all those innocent victims who were brutally tortured and exterminated because of the accepted ideology of a madman like Adolph Hitler. As a scholar of Jewish history you understand that the banality of evil revealed its ugly head on January 20, 1942, at the Wannsee Conference where the final solution to the so called "Jewish Question" was resolved.
It was important for the German high Command to formalize this conference with an air of legitimacy throughout its development and to take special care as to not alarm the populace with their plans. Why does all this sound so familiar when I read about the development of the of the "Freedom of Choice Act" which is nothing more that an American version of the final solution to the "Pro-life question." After having spent a lifetime in law enforcement I have come to the realization that "EVIL" has no reason. It is no longer a question of "Why" would somebody do such a thing, it is simply because evil exists. Once we recognize that fact we have to follow the logic of our soul which tells us that it is intrinsically wrong for anyone to kill a defenseless unborn human baby.
One of the most striking moments of my tour of the Holocaust Museum which I am sure you must have observed as well was seeing all those shoes laying strewn-about inside a large enclosure. Shoes taken from the feet of so many innocent people, men, women, and children, killed to make life easier for those who felt they had no other choice to resolve their dilemma. Other images, more poignant than the shoes were in looking at photographs of all those innocent human beings piled on top of each other in the mass-graves of Auschwitz, Bergen-belsin, and Treblinka, to name a few.
At the moment I saw these eerie pictures I realized that I had seen the same images before in more recent times. It was then I recalled the pictures of all those tiny innocent babies with severed hands and feet horribly burned and scalded by Nazi SS abortionists and thrown on top of each other in the trash dumpsters of abortion clinics throughout America. Other people much like yourself Congressman Nadler felt that they too had a problem with a particular class of human beings that needed to be resolved.
Can't you see what you are doing? Don't you realize that like so many others you feel that you are somehow smarter than God himself? You claim to be a defender of the Constitution of the United States of America. How do you get beyond the preamble which sates that All men are created equal, and that we have been endowed by our Creator with certain inalienable rights; that among them are life. liberty, and the pursuit of happiness.
Everyone realizes now that there were very few people willing to challenge Hitler's final Solution in the German Courts. But there are Christian people in America who are willing to challenge the diabolical decision of Roe v. Wade because we believe in a living God. A Loving God who is the Creator of Life. We are not bound by a "Separation of Church and State" because we are not the state, we are the people of God; and there is no separation between Him and us.
When was the last time Mr. Congressman that a pregnant woman told you she was expecting a fetus, or a collection of tissue? Any woman who is pregnant is going to have a baby. A living human baby. You who claim to be the unapologetic defender of those who might otherwise be forgotten by American Law or the economy would rather spend countless billions of taxpayer dollars on the destruction of life. This logic does not equate and you know it. What difference is there between what you and your fellow democrats are doing to develop and support this Freedom of Choice Act and what Hitler's henchman did at the Wannsee Conference in 1942, especially when the end result with be the same, torture and annihilation of millions of innocent human beings who's only (so-called) crime is to be what, alive - without someone consent?
We believe that the decision of the United States Supreme Court to legalize abortion is no different than the "Final Solution" of Nazi Germany. Your support of this up-coming bill, the "Freedom of Choice Act." which will codify Roe v.Wade makes you no different than the henchman of Adolph Hitler who indorsed and codified their own version of the final solution.
This bill if approved by Congress will again renew the diabolical procedure of Partial birth Abortions where it would be legal once again to stab-to-death a full-term living baby and crush its skull moments before birth. It would also abolish parental notification to any parent who's underage daughter is about to undergo an abortion. Thus destroying parental-rights, and giving a get-out-of-jail-free-card to pedophiles by allowing them to destroy life and any DNA evidence of their crime.
This bill as you know would also abolish any medical practitioners from claiming a conscientious objection to participate in the abortion of another living human being and would subject them to civil litigation if they refused. Perhaps its time for all of you to make another visit to the Holocaust Museum and then go visit an abortion clinic (be sure to look in the dumpster) and then try to convince yourself and tell the world with a straight face that it is not an American holocaust.
Thou shall not kill say's the Lord God Almighty.
