The 5-4 ruling said the Partial Birth Abortion Ban Act that Congress passed and President Bush signed into law in 2003 does not violate a woman's constitutional right to an abortion.
Finally, medical common sense and human reason has prevailed. The Supreme Court has upheld the nationwide ban on the insensitive and brutal (to the unborn child) act of partial birth abortion today, handing abortion opponents an important long-awaited victory. Justice Anthony Kennedy wrote in the majority opinion, "The opponents of the act "have not demonstrated that the Act would be unconstitutional in a large fraction of relevant cases."
One down; is Roe vs. Wade next?

You are aware that fetal dismemberment is the only alternative to late term abortions, correct?
If a woman has medical problems requiring a second or third trimester termination - what in the world do you think they do?
They crush the head in the uterus so they can remove it through the vagina, then chop the fetus up and pull it out.
There is no pretty solution to pregnancy complications. Unless dead moms are preferable to you.
You haven't won a thing. You've just put women's lives at risk.
I just looked on a page about how they about almost full term pregnancies, when the baby looks so full grown , they clipped the back of the neck and killed it...that is the most distgusting thing i have ever seen. NOT A PRETTY SIGHT!!! HOW DARE WOMEN DO IT OUT OF ANGER LIKE YVONNA ADAMS-BLACK DID FROM SPRINGFIELD OREGON. WOW NO HEART FOR THE BABY OR NO FEELINGS FOR WHAT THE FATHER WISHES TO KEEP THE BABY IF SHE DIDNT WANT IT OR THEM. GROSS WOMAN!!!
