A pro-abortion diatriabe written by Joyce Arthur is occasionally thrown up as a comment by pro-abortion people. I refuse to publish this long, insane argument about "anti-choice" women who are faced with an unwanted pregnancy, and then choose the death of their children.
I will post a paragraph and comment on it however.
"Abortion is a highly personal decision that many women are sure they'll never have to think about until they're suddenly faced with an unexpected pregnancy. But this can happen to anyone, including women who are strongly anti-choice. So what does an anti-choice woman do when she experiences an unwanted pregnancy herself? Often, she will grin and bear it, so to speak, but frequently, she opts for the solution she would deny to other women -- abortion."
The usage of the word "solution" reminds me of the Nazi "final solution".
That is how many pro-aborts think, that abortion is a "highly personal decision". They openly state and fully agree that abortion kills human beings, but they don't care. They consider it their right to kill their children in the womb if they so desire.
Any person with half a brain knows that abortion kills human beings. The "clump of cells argument" went out with the dinosaur. It is still used occasionally by people who tongue-in-cheek want to make it seem as if they only have the best interests of the woman in distress in mind, but they don't, they only have their own selfish interests in mind. They want to be able to kill their unwanted or "defective" child if necessary, and men want to be able to tell the women to do so.
I have heard plenty of times that it would be better for the child to be dead rather than grow up in a world full of hardship. At a protest I was participating in, a post-abortion woman spent 10 minutes telling me that line. Of course her child can't answer the question "would I rather be here in this cruel world or dead?", because her child is dead.
Pro-abortion people are people who live in an adolescent world. They view everything through rose colored glasses & if something threatens to change the color, they violently oppose it or plug their ears while yelling LAH LAH LAH LAH! I know, I have seen that too.
The article by Joyce Arthur is a compilation of "anecdotes directly from abortion doctors and other clinic staff in North America, Australia, and Europe". Would we want to hear from Joseph Mengele? I think not.
The stories in the article are about "antis", who when impregnated and had to face their own "choice", chose to kill their children. Then it is shown how they are back in the protest line the next week, most likely because they have been brainwashed to believe that's what they are supposed to be doing. Other pieces are other "anti-choice" women who are obvious hypocrites for one reason or another.
Abortion is insanity, and anyone who speaks in defense of it is insane. They are the same ones who will be telling us that President Bush, Karl Rove and Dick Cheney are responsible for 9/11.
The crazy thing is, abortion is decriminalized in America. All the way up to the day of delivery. At the last minute, right when a woman is delivering her child into the world, she can cry out for the doctor to kill that child instead. The insane pro-abortion arguments from the insane people who support it are validated by American citizens who don't overturn the law that allows this insanity to happen.
I can understand why pro-abortion people say what they say in defense of abortion, they are insane, but why do decent American citizens stand by and do nothing? Many drive by an abortion mill every day that is actively killing children in their neighborhoods, and they do nothing.
Those people are just as insane. To believe that evil like this will exist in their midst without affecting them is insane. To ignore the extreme evil of abortion and human scientific research is insane.
I guess when it comes right down to it, I blame the average person for abortion more than I blame the pro-abortion person. Like I said, the pro-abortion person is looking at the topic as an adolescent would, without caring for the child in the womb. They have an excuse. The average American on the other hand has none. He/she is refusing the role of responsible adult and is allowing the insane, childish arguments of abortion and scientific research to continue.
If your child tries to stick a fork in a socket, you would yell out "NO!". Correct? So why is it that when women want to kill their children, or when men want women to do so, we don't do the same?
If you or someone you know isn't doing all they can to end abortion, start doing so and encourage them to do the same. It is time for a Pro-Life revival! It is time to make people feel guilty for allowing this wholesale slaughter of humans to continue. It is time to do everything possible to defend the defenseless.
