Making it easier for women to get emergency contraception has had no effect on cutting abortion rates, an expert has said.In fact, abortion rates have increased in England despite a clear increase in the use of the "morning after" pill.

Jens, you are missing the point. The Democrat Party is touting emergency contraception as the ultimate solution to the abortion problem. They think that if EC is made available to all girls and women over-the-counter, there will be a huge drop in the number of abortions done every year.
Yet in the UK, there was no drop. The abortion rate actually rose instead of declining when EC was made OTC. That kind of destroys the Democrats' theory, doesn't it?
ok so i have read all thses blogs on contraceptives ok so what about a girl who get raped is that girla a muder is is my flaut some man grabed me and did that to me do you think i want to be 22 years old and have a child out of a rape no you wanna know what if does no "kill a chil as you bilbe thummpers put it" first off it cant they gave me a preancey test when i went in to see if i was and contraception is not a new life it takes 5 to 7 days sperms lives inside your body for that long it dont happen as soon as the sprem gets reslied and it take 5 weeks b4 a test will show your pregnant so the pill is a good thing for rape victums like me i went to the hosptail got the medaleal help i neeed and yes the emergecy contraceptive pill think about it girls like me get raped everyday and why should they have to live with the risk have haveing a child born that way you know what i went threw and just so you know the "abortion pill" and the "emergecy contraceptive pill" are 2 diffrerent things yes some girls go out and have unproted sex think oh well i can take the pill but girls like me walking hoime from work and get grabed right off the sidewalk why should i have to live with something like that why is that wrong to get the medcatal help i needed you know what the bible says DONT JUDGE so maybe you should read it and stend of shotting off your mouths about something you know nothing about
