Consider the language selected to represent "Choose-Life" license plates:
Anti-abortion license plates ready to roll in TennesseeThe plates don't mention abortion, nor do they make a negative statement. Instead, the message they present is a positive encouragement, a choice for life. I know this nothing new, but why not just state, "Choose-Life License Plates ready to roll in Tennessee" ?Tennessee's anti-abortion "Choose Life" license plates could hit the streets within three months now that the U.S. Supreme Court has declined to hear an appeal.

I think what you are doing is good. Your right. The liberal media is a bunch of totally out of line hate mongers and they call us haters. Where could I get more information about this?
Because they're guilty. They know that abortion is wrong so they lash out at pro-life activists/symbols rather then defending their posistion.
Typical, isn't it though?
Unfortunately, the anti-lifers aren't the only ones who do harm with their labels.
That's why I recommend LifeSiteNews.com rather than LifeNews.com. I'm not alone in my frustration with pro-lifers using poorly chosen words and labels.
I'd bet money it was merely a choice by the writer not to repeat him or herself.
Leading off with "Tennessee's pro-life "Choose Life" license plates could hit the streets within three months now that the .... " would seem odd. The headline writer - separate person - probably just plaed off the lede already there.
Thanks for the link below on the Chinese woman's preventable death.
Good points. I appreciate your site. Here is what I blogged on this topic this week:
Tennessee citizens will be able to purchase “Choose Life” license plates after all. The funds raised will help provide alternatives for women with crisis pregnancies.
The groups that fought this (primarily Planned Parenthood and the ACLU) and tried to appeal it to the Supreme Court have tipped their hands. They aren’t pro-choice, they are pro-abortion – and anti-free speech. Why are they so fearful that people might choose to give birth instead of having an abortion?
After all, the pro-abortion (Oops! I meant pro-choice) people just want abortions to be “safe, legal and rare,” right? A “Choose Life” license plate isn’t pushing to outlaw abortions, it is trying to make them rare. It is merely acknowledging that people have a choice and is encouraging people to choose in favor of allowing a human to live rather than paying someone to kill her. Isn't that something everyone can agree on?
