Abortion Consent Dispute

Cincinnati's Planned Parenthood clinic has been ordered by a Hamilton County judge to hand over all records on abortion patients younger than 18:

The documents are being sought by a lawyer suing the clinic over a teenage girl's abortion. Her family's lawsuit alleges that Planned Parenthood never got her parents' consent, as required by Ohio law.

Attorney Brian Hurley says the records are needed to determine whether the clinic has a pattern of failing to notify parents. Hurley says no patients will be identified.
