Here is an update on the report about a pro-life display that was vandalized, allegedly by a college professor and her students:
A Northern Kentucky University professor has been put on leave and will retire at the end of the semester after admitting she told students to destroy an anti-abortion display on campus.Believe it or not, Jacobsen equated her action to defending Jews from the Holocaust and at least one commenter on our prior post seems to agree:Sally Jacobsen, a professor in the literature and language department, will not return to the school, said James Votruba, the university president.
"I believe what she did was outside the scope of her employment," Votruba said Monday.
Jacobsen acknowledged leading graduate students on Wednesday to a grassy area near the University Center to rip up about 400 crosses. The crosses, temporarily erected a week earlier by a group called Northern Right to Life, were meant to represent a cemetery for aborted fetuses.
It is there [sic] right to destroy it as it was the right of the pro-life group to put it up in the first place. It is ironic, but not surprising, that these proponents of "choice" believe that destruction of private property and violence against others is justified in order to supress the voice of their opponents.

LifeNews has published an article (click here), the Washington Post has picked up the story.

A Leftie being held accountable for her behavior? STOP THE PRESSES!
I love the logic of these people. Borderline treason against America is A-OK, because of the First Amendment! But expressing a mainstream conservative or Christian point of view is 'hate speech'! I'm sure that those 'pro-choice' people who wouldn't want the crosses to be violently torn down would have no problem with 'speech codes' banning the pro-life displays.
I also think that the post from "prochoice" is a hoax. Most pro-aborts are ignorant, not illiterate.
The comment might be a "hoax", it is hard to tell. Similar to the majority of antagonistic commenters, the person declined to register and gave a fake alias and used cleverly disguised profanity in their email address. The level of literacy is not inconsistent with the hate mail we receive on a regular basis.
How is loving an unborn child hateful? How is mourning unborn children hateful? Ridiculous!
"Forgive them, for they know not what they do."
These words spoken by Jesus are very hard for us to utter and apply to our daily lives. Oh, but what a greater impact they would have on those who try to malign our faith and tear down our influence.
I would ask the Northern Right to Life to rethink thier legal strategy. God instructs us to do good to those that hurt us. Radical concept? Jesus did not think so.
