Depressed about what they did to Terri Schiavo?

America broke my heart last year. And I just came to doubt whether any political conversation could ever matter again. I gave everything I had in me as a blogger to trying to convince people that "where there is doubt as to what a person would want, err on the side of life" and American yawned.

I entered the deepest and most long-lasting depression of my life and am still clawing my way out of it. The memory of so much effort and passion and tears in the faces of such anger and ugliness still haunts me.

Many have expressed sentiments similar to the quote above. This might help: read how Bobby Schindler, Paul O'Donnell and Terri's father are responding.

I still can't believe my government let a completely innocent
woman be starved to death with the whole world watching, to our eternal shame!

My week long fast in solidarity with Terri, didn't make the difference I prayed it would have. Nothing any of the hundreds and thousands of us did could stand in the way of the EVIL
ones, who wouldn't stop until Terri died and was cremated, in order to cover up the evidence.

I pray nearly every day for God's perfect justice to be served
upon Terri's tormentors and for Him to bless every effort of
the very classy Schindlers.

Mr. Delusional still persists, keeping many of us more committed than ever to see him behind bars.
