The Maryland March for Life was held yesterday in Annapolis. About 1,000 people united for Pro-Life solidarity.
Present were many of the 19 Senators who oppose the Maryland embryonic stem cell research bill, as well as other national and local Pro-Life individuals and organizations.
The House of Delegates passed the bill today, March 7th, but the Pro-Life Senators of Maryland have promised to fillibuster the bill to stop it from coming to a vote.
I wasn't able to go all the way back to my house & pick up my equipment so the pics were taken with a mini digital that I carry with me. The quality isn't the best, but it's better than nothing, & the videos turned out good.
The theme this year was "Life w/o Roe".
Stephen G. Peroutka, Esq. gave the keynote address.
Jack Ames from Defend Life was there as well helping to stir up the crowd.
Bobby Schindler (left) was introduced by Mr. Peroutka.
We ended the event with the singing of God Bless America (followed by a prayer of course), after which the masses flowed into the government buildings to let the representatives know that we are ready for them to end abortion and resist funding for embryonic research.
