Yes, I read that article too. One hopes, and prays, that these state laws get challenged and the challenges make it to the Supreme Court AND that the current Court upholds the 9th and 10th amendments to the US Constitution. This would return the life issue back to the states, where it belongs.

The bill in South Dakota is a great bill and the number of it is 1215. However, they also have bill number 1216 scheduled to pop up again on the legislative calendar in less than 30 days. That bill virtually and totally voids out the ban on abortion completely.

S3 of 2003 the so called ban on partial birth was actually changed in name while in conference committee and it is really called "Late Term Abortion Limitation Act of 2003”. That was part of the Durbin Amendment wording that passed in conference and the Durbin Amendment took away all restrictions or "limitations" on the procedure that allows for the babies to be killed outside the womb...hence they are born and slaughtered for the value of their live baby body parts. (Live Baby Organ Harvesting will net you many gruesome stories on the www and with various search engines.) The Durbin Amendment provides for "confidentiality" and therefore it seals the identity of the person who has the abortion and in doing so it also protects rapist of children who have abortions. Children in the 12 to 16 age range and who are pregnant have been raped by most state law, but S3 of 2003...and specifically the Durbin Amendment provides protection from any prosecution of the rapist whatsoever. It protects clinics from using the procedure to simply kill babies from outside the womb...because the procedure is the only aboriton procedure that is safe and healthy for the pregnant woman or young girl/child.

In TX, in 1999 and in time to become our 43rd president Bush signed SB 30. It takes away parental rights regarding abortions on underage children, by sealing the entire abortion record. Any abortion done on underage children with the proper paperwork done is sealed and needs to meet no medical inspections of the facility or any other medical provisions that normally govern abortion providers. The abortion can be done on an underage child and the "parental notification" can be a simple post office receipt with the notification addressed to general delivery. The parent of the underage child has no legal recourse to go after the "doctor" who killed their child and or grandchild..because the murderer is protected fully by the gruesome law.

Even bigger than the insult of Bush signing that law...and I heard him say "It is a good bill", is the fact that now Governor Rick Perry affirmed the deadly legislation in 2005 and in doing so he too claimed to have passed a real parental notification bill...but he actually affirmed the legal wording of the orignal bill signed by Bush in 1999...you can read it yourself...go to TX legislation and read 1999 SB 30 and be sure to call and get a copy of all the supporting documents that passed later in the year. Also you can read 2005 SB 419 R, then search by the word abortion and you will find the wording that affirms the legal legislation in SB 30...the numbers of the law match up perfectly and Perry claimed to be passing a protection for underage kids who have abortions without parental knowledge or consent. God help kids from surrounding states, too.

If the US Supreme Court rules in favor of New Hampshires ban of the S3 of 2003..which really is not a ban on partial birth at all...they rule in favor of killing babies after they are delivered...so the body parts can be harvested in the gruesome process...and in saving and protecting the lives of young women...while sealing abortion records and therefore protecting rapist of children who become pregnant.

If South Dakota passes 1216 after 1215 (you can search their legislation by the word abortion and find all the bills they have worked on 1216 is scheduled to come up again in less than 30 days), they will be voiding a ban and the only thing that will be needed for a woman or underage child to get an aboriton is for some deadly nurse or otherwise "qualified person" to complete a checklist...and that can be done long after the abortion is done...to cover tracks in case any law type person comes a snooping to see who they killed and why.

People must become more engaged and read legislation if they ever expect anyone in office to do the right thing ...there is no pro life person in DC. Even Kay B Hutchison of TX voted in favor of Roe VS Wade with amendment 260 to S3 of 2003, and I wrote and asked her how she will explain that deadly vote to her two adopted children whom she adopted after becoming a senior citizen of age 56.

The woman sat out the final vote...and pray God if people in TX knew the ugly truth about mommy dearest she would sit out the next election too.

Please God let someone hear this plea for help to get rid of corrupt TX politicians and even Santorum of PA pretended to pass a pro life bill...and Henry Hyde (the womanizer in younger days who pretended to be pro life so many years) pretened along with Santorum.

I wrote their offices and told their own staff the ugly truth...Santorum had 9 offices in PA and each one got a personal letter from me.

I did the same with Joe at TX Alliance For Life...I told him I am his worst nightmare for lying and passing legislation to kill TX babies and teens...and they changed the name of the deadly Austin TX group after I wrote about SB 30 in a Tyler TX Paper...The Tyler Paper...they printed the truth about Bush and SB 30 two and half years after he was elected president..and I doubt if many people noticed...but Joe changed Texans for Life to Texas Alliance For Life..and they tout Perry signing the pro life SB 419 R of 2005 as being good for TX teens.

It kills them and TX babies too..all for pharmaceutical companies to keep people like Mary Tyler Moore who has juvenile type 1 diabetes alive...she needs a tiny baby pancreas to live for each 6 months.

She is one of the worlds biggest supporters of killing babies from conception for parts and research.

PS the Marlboro Man died of lung cancer..and Joe Camel is now in misery and despare and renamed "Joe Chemo".

My friend who grew up in Sheridan WY knew the original Marlboro Man and he used to smoke 5 packs a shoot for commercials and he died a gruesome horrificly painful death of lung cancer.

May he rest in peace and may people like Letterman who sells cigarettes routinely on his show be stopped ...I will do it if it is the last thing I do.

They a dvertise blatantly when Rupert Jee is on the show..right over his shoulder is a big add for cigarettes the two most deadly brands.

God help me to stop it...targeting teens with that crap is illegal...and someone help me make it stop.

Yes, I have a lot of causes...and God gives each of us a choice to do this work or to sit and watch life pass.
