The abortion pill RU-486 has caused the deaths of eight American women. If this were any other drug, it would've been pulled off the market by now. And if those who support abortion rights really cared about the lives and safety of women, they'd be fighting to remove the drug as well, or at least replace it with a safer one.
But they're not. They're fighting to keep it on the pharmacy shelves. It's obvious from their actions that they care more about profits than about women's lives (and they do profit from this drug...women can't just take it and stay at home to abort in private...they must make several trips to the abortionist to complete the process).
