"The secret has to be dismantled for healing."

Theresa Burke is being interviewed on EWTN right now. Founder of Rachel's Vineyard healing post-abortion recovery retreats.

TWO "SILENT NO MORE WOMEN" also spoke earlier.

One woman spoke a few words, saying "I have had three abortions and now I can't have any more children."

Georgette Forney spoke briefly, asking everyone to listen to our stories if they happen to meet any of the women along the march's way. She noted that 1,600 women in over 110 gatherings nationwide have stood up over the past three years to tell our stories in public and spread the news that abortion hurts women.

An African-American preacher from Maryland (sorry, missed his name trying to type all this): "We represent twelve percent of the U.S. population and yet over 3/4 of abortions are in the African American community and it cannot remain that way anymore!"

We used to meet at the Ellipse last year. Now we're meeting closer to Congress.

A brief speaker, under one minute, name I didn't get, mentions my cousin's book (Charlie Rice, the 30+ year Constitutional law professor at Notre Dame) and says, "Get Charlie Rice's book, he shows how the prolife side is winning!" He's referring to The Winning Side: Questions on Living the Culture of Life.

Bobby Schindler, Terri Schindler-Schiavo's brother spoke at 1 pm. Very brief comments by the family friend, Brother Paul O'Donnell: "Last year Terri was murdered, yes, murdered, before our eyes. Please welcome and honor the brother and sister of Terri Schiavo..." Bobby Schindler:

I want to thank the Right to Life movement here and abroad. We lost Terri, but this doesn't mean that God did not hear our prayers.
