At the end of this year�s special election, the final tally of the votes revealed that Prop 73 [Parental Notification Initiative] was defeated by a very slim margin. While those of us who worked hard for �Yes on Prop 73� were saddened at its defeat, we were also determined to keep up the good fight and not give up.To this end, we are encouraged and excited to announce that Prop 73 has been resurrected! New language, similar to Prop 73, was submitted yesterday to the Attorney General to appear on the November 7 ballot next year.
