A few days ago I brought up the story on how the birth control patch was not something anyone would want to experiment with.
I don't know if you caught what was said they were going to do to remedy this little problem of blood clots, strokes and death.
They said a:
"strongly worded warning was added to the patch label Thursday that says women using the patch will be exposed to about 60 percent more estrogen than those using typical birth control pills"
Well there you go. They responded to their little snafu quickly didn't they?
That makes me feel so much better, and you women out there should feel better also, now that the label will tell you about the horrors you will experience while using their product.
Now where's that pogo stick & chipper?
If all they do is add a label, warning about the increased estrogen, will that mean anything to women? Maybe Ortho McNeil Corp did it as a marketing ploy, to make women think that more is better?
