Hate to toot my own horn...
I also have one on Ms. Miers at my blog. (I'm not a dedicated pro-life blog, but I am pro-life.) I'm non-negative about her; I'd prefer to wait and see how she does at the hearings. But that's just what I think.
I think a lot of folks tend to forget that our Justices have clerks who do research and sometimes even bits of writing for them.
