Update on Baby Susan Torres

A brief statement from the Torres family brings with it good news about the baby:

Little Susan is doing extremely well. She has been removed from the ventilator and is being fed formula from an eyedropper. She is strong and alert, and is doing better than any of us could have hoped.

On a somber note, Susan M. Torres was laid to rest on Saturday, August 6, in Fairfax, VA. The ceremony was beautiful and we would like to thank everyone for their thoughts, prayers, cards and flowers.
