This Judge Whittmore is committing murder, and he is doing it right under our noses. I wonder how much he was paid under the table by Terri's husband to say no to re-instating Terri's feeding tube. Terri's husband is a low life, and I pray that God will see fit for Michael to have the same fate that he has put on his wife. Judge Whittmore, furthermore, needs to resign his postition. The Judge has no business deciding anyone's fate, and especially Terri's. Terri's parents brought Terri into this world, and since her husband felt that he needed to committ adultery and have children by another woman, Terri's parents should have the legal guardian- ship of their daughter. Her husband gave up those rights when he committed adultery and had children with another woman. In my books, he is pure scum of the earth. After reading documents on the web, I feel that her husband should be investigated for her condition anyway. Has anyone investigated how Terri wound up in this condition? Could her husband be the one that put her in that condition? He is too eager to have her die. Why? He has his own life with another woman, so why is he so interested in having his wife die? Too many questiohs are unanswered here. If Terri did not have a written living will, it seems to me that she would never have said anything to her husband about pulling the plug on her life support if she ever was in that state. Like I said, her husband is too eager to have her die and I, along with other people, want to know why. Is there an insurance policy involved? Will he benefit from it? If the answer is yes, the insurance company should deny the benefits to him. If he is trying to pull the plug on Terri where he can be a free man to marry this other woman, the judge should be held responsible for her death. If the judge rules on this case, what next? Will they start pulling the plugs on the elderly, children with similiar conditions, or any other person that they feel does not belong on this earth? We, as a people of this great earth, need to make these people resign their positions on the bench. Since when does a judge over-rule the say of the President and the Senate and Congress? When a Judge has this much power, something is wrong with our government. We need to take another look at this situation and start changing some of these wrongs. Terri's tube needs to be re-instated now.
